Of course, we abide by the relevant consumer regulations in relation to Business-to-Consumer sales.
Pre-printed labels are not returnable or refundable as they are produced to order and are personalised. They cannot therefore be sold to anyone else.
Other physical products that were supplied from stock are returnable provided they are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. This effectively means as long as you have not used them. Please contact us for a return address.
Business-to-Business Sales

We do not generally accept returns of physical products, but provided they are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition, and are not items that we procured specifically to order, we may agree to return them to stock for a full or partial refund. Please contact us.
Shipping
We send all our orders via an insured and tracked service, which provides us with proof of delivery. We also take pictures of package contents before sealing, which allows us to dispute any claims by our carrier that the goods were damaged prior to collection. This also serves as a double-check in the event that any items appear to be missing.
If goods arrive damaged, please take photographs to support our claim.
